Three items are on the agenda –

1. 1749 Las Palmas Avenue & 6710 Yucca Street: The application is asking permission to demolish an existing two story building with 15 apartment units and build a 7-story mixed use building with 70 apartments and a 3,117 square foot ground floor retail area. The height of the proposed building would be 71 feet.
2. 1719 Whitley Ave: The application is asking permission to demolish an existing complex of 40 apartment units and replace with a 156 room, 10 story hotel, providing 122 parking spaces and 16 bicycle parking spaces.
3. Discussion of possible monetary support for Yucca Community Center’s Spring Holiday event.
