REQUESTED ACTION: The Zoning Administrator will consider:
- Pursuant to Section 12.24-W 1, of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, a Conditional Use Permit to allow the sale and dispensing of a full-line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption in conjunction with an existing 1,839 square-foot restaurant including a 98 square-foot outdoor dining area and limited live entertainment. The proposed project will have a total 55 seats, 49 indoor seats and 6 seats in the outdoor patio. Proposed hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., daily.2. Pursuant to Section 21084 of the California Public Resources Code, the above referenced project has been determined not to have a significant effect on the environment and which shall therefore be exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
