Directions: South of Franklin and North of Hollywood Blvd. – Accessibility: Building is accessible through entrance at rear door. Parking: Free Parking is available behind the Women’s Club on the upper level of the parking lot.
The public is requested to fill out a “Speaker Card” to address the Board on any item of the agenda prior to the Board taking action on an item. Comments from the public on non-agenda and agenda items will be heard during the Public Comment Period and, within the discretion of the presiding officer of the Board, when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the Agenda that is within the Board’s subject matter jurisdiction will be heard during the Public Comment period. Public comment is limited to 2 minutes per speaker unless waived by the presiding officer of the Board. Agenda is posted for public review: on bulletin boards at the top and bottom of Runyon Canyon Park, and electronically on the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council website ww.hhwnc.org and on the Department Of Neighborhood Empowerment (www.lacityneighborhoods.com). Motion and vote by all stakeholders in attendance: “HHWNC stakeholders approve the March 2011 HHWNC Bylaws, with the precise wording that has been posted on the HHWNC website for 30 days, and request that they be transmitted to the City of Los Angeles Department of Neighborhood Empowerment as the official bylaws of HHWNC.”

1. Meeting Called to Order at 5:45 p.m. by HHWNC President Anastasia Mann.
2. Roll Call by Parliamentarian Aaron Rogers: Anastasia Mann, Orrin Feldman, Michael Meyer, Aaron Rogers, Maria Rychlicki , Marcello Robinson, Valorie Keegan, Rebecca Arce, Robin Moreno, Joyce Dyrector, Jarone Johnson Jr., Dietrich Nelson, and Jonathan Sweet. Absent: Khaled Kaawar, Brian Johnson, Terry Migliaccio, Alison Connell, Barbara Witkin, Christopher Kaufman, Daniel Savage, Bryce Lowery, and Donovan Ryan.
3. Report of Bylaws Revision Subcommittee: Parliamentarian Aaron Rogers. Aaron presented the bylaws as revised at the February 2011 Special Meeting of HHWNC: (Robinson/ Nelson) moved, “That HHWNC approve the bylaws as discussed and finalized at the 2-24-11 HHWNC Special Board Meeting.” (Exact wording on the bylaws revisions to be voted on was posted on the HHWNC website 60 days prior to this meeting, as required) and request it be transmitted to the City of L.A. Department of Neighborhood Empowerment as the official bylaws of HHWNC.” The board (and stakeholders) approved the bylaws revisions unanimously.
Anastasia formally acknowledged HHWNC Area 6 board member Dietrich Nelson and HHWNC webmaster Steven Shmerler for their work on the boundary issue.
