“We’ve had several members contact us regarding trying to secure new insurance after skyrocketing rates, Insurers unwilling to write new policies in Hillside Communities, and wildfire risks affecting coverage.
To that end, we have invited guests to our meeting next week to address this Homeowners issue affecting anyone owning, refinancing, selling, etc real estate in our communities.
To that end, we;d like to spread the word and invite your members to join us
