Demolition of existing structures to construct a seven-story, mixed-used building with 68 dwelling units; 3,371 sf of commercial space and 39 parking spaces with a max height of 81 feet. Project representative will present. Possible motion and vote
IV. 6633 West Hollywood Boulevard: ZA -2018- 3366 -ZV –CUB
The Escape Hotel has applied to the City’s Planning Department for a conditional use permit to sell alcoholic beverages for on -site consumption in connection with (i) a restaurant, and (ii) The Escape Hotel’s “escape rooms”. The site has approximately 10,500 square feet, and the restaurant was authorized to have 113 seats back in 2008, but is now requesting 146 seats. The proposed hours of operation would be until midnight on Sundays through Wednesdays, and to 2 a.m. on Thursdays through Saturdays. (The Escape Hotel is an entertainment space, rather than an actual hotel.) Possible motion and vote

The quorum for the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council committees is five (5). Comments from the public on non-agenda and agenda items are heard during the Public Comment Period and, within the discretion of the presiding officer of the Committee(s), when the respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the Agenda that is within the Committee’s subject matter jurisdiction will be heard during the Public Comment period. Public comment is limited to 2 minutes per speaker unless waived by the presiding officer of the Committee(s).
