1. Sign-in, welcome and introductions (call to order and roll call).
2. Review/approve minutes of previous meeting.
3. Brief report on neighborhood affairs: Congress of Neighborhoods, Transfer of Highland Ave. to the City, new mixed use proposal for La Brea, traffic islands/stop signs on Outpost, a.o.
4. Presentation by proponent of a viewshed/sunlight ordinance. Possible Motion and Vote.
5. Public comment and any new business for next month’s agenda.
6. Adjournment.

Minutes for October 12, 2004 Meeting
Stakeholders Present: Henry Mars, Malcolm McNeil, Carl Held, Allan Goldpenny, Joyce Breiman, Marie-France (?)- Michael (?)- Gonzalo Curiel, Fredrica Cooper, Tomare Ward, Richard Core, Conrad Schoeffter, Joyce Dyrector, June Maltcheff, Ray Schuldenfrei, Harris Shore, Satya de la Manitou, Jay Patel, Vinny Patel, Bronni Stein.
Location: Yamashiro Restaurant, Conference Room.
1. A quorum being present, the meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. The minutes for the September 7 meeting were approved by unanimous voice vote.
3. An update was given on current neighborhood affairs including the Congress of Neighborhoods, the Transfer of Highland Avenue to the City, the new mixed-use construction proposal on La Brea Avenue and the new traffic islands on Outpost.
4. A proposed View/Sunlight Ordinance was introduced by Harris Shore, assisted by Ray Schuldenfrei. This was followed by a lively debate on the subject. If Harris Shore were to develop the idea further, Area 4 would support him in his effort.
5. There being no other business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
