Martel Flats LLC is proposing the construction of a 23-unit residential building at 1319 Martel Ave consisting of two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. The building would be four stories (45 ft.) tall and approx. 32k sq. ft. of floor area over a subteranean garage. Density bonuses are being sought.
